What You Shouldn’t Eat If You Have Kidney Problems


�� The reasonable diet for Kidney Disease patients is taking the very essential effect in the recovery of the Kidney Disease. What kind of food is suitable for the Kidney Disease patients to eat? And what you should not eat if you have Kidney Disease? This can not be explained clearly in one word. It is suggested to formulate the personal diet according to the Kidney Disease type and the degree of illness condition. 

����1. Reasonable intake of protein: it refers to the premise that is the body fulfills the basic requirement of protein, and the patients should decrease the intake of protein in order to alleviate the kidney workload.

 ����4. Avoid high adenine food, such as animal liver, seafood, spinach and mushroom, etc. And the beer should be also avoided which can decrease the discharge of urine acid.

 ����5. The Kidney Disease patient should avoid the intake of spicy food.

 ����6. The Kidney Disease patients should be careful to take health care products.

 ����The following foods are suggested not to take for the Kidney Disease patients.

 ����1. The food that are easily to increase the blood sugar: white sugar, brown sugar, crystal sugar, glucose, maltose, honey, chocolate, toffee, fruit drops, preserved fruit, fruit tin, soft drink, fruit juice, sweet drink, jam, icecream, sweet biscuit, cake, sweet bread as well as cake, etc.

 ����2. The food that can increase the blood fat: such as beef tallow, mutton fat, lard oil, butter, cream, fat, and the food with rich cholesterol should not be taken or less taken, which can prevent the break out of arteriosclerotic heart disease.

 ����3. It would not do well for Kidney Disease patients to drink alcohol. Because the alcohol only supply heat energy and does not have other nutritional element. Long term drink of alcohol is harmful to liver, which can easily increase serum triglyceride. Some of the diabetes patients may feel nervous, hard breath, red check reaction after drink alcohol. Therefore, no drinking do good to the safety of patients. How to treat kidney infection? A person who’s been diagnosed with kidney infection is normally treated with a series of antibiotics.

 ����A person with kidney infection should drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Taking in at least 2L of water each day so that it may help the person stay hydrated and created urine to flush the kidney and bladder from further bacterial infection.

 ����Antibiotics will cure kidney infection most of the time, but in certain circumstances the person may be admitted to hospitals if he or she has completed the antibiotics and the kidney infection symptoms still remain.

Kidney infection should be treated instantly, and this can be detected by any present signs of kidney infection symptoms on that person. This is a serious medical condition and would lead to death if not treated timely.
